Returns
We offer a 7 days time period after receipt of the order for an exchange or refund if the model damaged. We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds after this time, so please inspect your order carefully IMMEDIATELY upon receipt.
Please e-mail us to make arrangements for the return prior to shipment and include a detailed description of the issue. When you return the model to us, please sent back with appropriate packing material in the same manner that you received it from us. We can not accept poorly packed returns that are damaged in shipment back to My Hobby House.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we will not pay for return shipping. In addition, original shipping costs will NOT be refunded whether your order has shipped or NOT shipped.
